Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and shipping conditions, please note the following updates:

1. 　Overview of Regulatory Changes (Important)

• Abolition of the De Minimis Rule：Previously, shipments valued at USD 800 or less were exempt from customs duties under the U.S. de minimis rule. However, this exemption was abolished on August 29, 2025.
• Suspension of EMS Services：Following the abolition of this system, Japan Post suspended EMS (Express Mail Service) shipments from Japan to the U.S. as of August 27, 2025.

As a result, customs duties and related charges are now expected to be imposed on shipments that were previously duty-free, and available shipping methods and costs have also been affected.

2. 　Changes to Our Shipping Policy for the U.S.

2-1. Termination of Free Shipping for Orders Over ¥100,000

• The free shipping offer for orders over ¥100,000 (tax included) has been discontinued for shipments to the U.S. only.
• For regions outside the U.S., the offer of free shipping on orders over ¥100,000 (tax included) will continue to apply.

2-2. 　Products Likely to Incur Higher Shipping Costs

• Large items subject to higher shipping fees：Golf bags, Boston bags, umbrellas, club cases, etc.
• Estimated shipping cost for a caddie bag：¥50,000–¥75,000, depending on packaging size and delivery address.

2-3.　Shipping Fee Displayed at Checkout

At checkout, a reference shipping fee of ¥34,000 will be displayed.
The actual shipping cost will be finalized after packing, based on the volumetric weight (also called dimensional weight).
As packing is not yet completed at the time of order, we regret that an exact amount cannot be provided in advance. However, please be assured that you will only be charged fairly based on the actual cost incurred.

■ Final billed amount

• If the actual shipping cost exceeds ¥34,000 → the difference will be billed additionally.
• If the actual shipping cost is less than ¥34,000 → only the actual cost will be charged.

• About 2–3 T-shirts → Small box, shipping cost approx. ¥7,000
• About 10 T-shirts → Medium box, shipping cost approx. ¥12,000

3. Shipping Information (for the U.S.)

3-1. Basic Rules

Shipping charges are calculated using the weight-based method, comparing the actual weight and the volumetric weight(also called dimensional weight), with the larger value applied as the chargeable weight.

■Volumetric weight formula：Length(cm)×Width(cm)×Height(cm)÷5000
〈Example〉
Box size：60cm × 50cm × 40cm
→ 60 × 50 × 40 ÷ 5000 ＝ 24kg (volumetric weight)
If the actual weight is 18kg → shipping is calculated at 24kg.

Since golf goods and apparel are generally lightweight, in most cases, the volumetric weight will be applied rather than the actual weight.

3-3. Possible Additional Fees

• Oversize Cargo Handling Fee (by Dimension)：For packages with any side exceeding 100 cm
  → ¥10,000 per package（This may apply to certain umbrellas, club cases, etc.）
• • Oversize Cargo Handling Fee (by Weight)：For packages exceeding 70.0 kg in either actual or volumetric weight
  → ¥10,500 per package
  ※If a package qualifies as oversize both in dimension and weight, only the weight-based fee will apply.
• Special Cargo Handling Fee：For packages exceeding 25 kg
  → ¥3,300 per package
• Remote Area Delivery Fee：For certain regions in the U.S. (such as remote islands)
  → ¥3,500 per shipment or ¥80 per kg
• Other Fees：Actual costs will apply if any additional expenses arise outside of the above categories.
  

4. Customs Duties

Current outlook：Due to regulatory changes, most products are now subject to customs duties.For general apparel items (including golf apparel), duties are expected to be around 50%.
However, the rate may vary depending on material (e.g., cotton, synthetic fibers), product classification, country of origin, and customs assessment, and may exceed this range in some cases.
Final determination：The duty amount is ultimately decided by U.S. Customs.

5. Order-to-Delivery Process (for the U.S.)

1. Order placed（a reference shipping fee of ¥34,000 will be displayed at checkout）
